Grab your webhook URL
In your BookBack dashboard, go to the GoHighLevel tab. Click "Generate Webhook URL" and copy it.
Create a GHL Workflow
In GoHighLevel: Automation → Workflows → Create Workflow. Add a trigger: "Appointment Status" filtered to Cancelled. Then add an action: "Webhook" with method POST, and paste your BookBack URL.
Publish and forget
